Grilled squid glutinous rice tube

I bought 2 small squids. I saw someone stuffing them with glutinous rice before grilling them, so I tried them today!

Glutinous rice is soaked in advance and then cooked or steamed

Prepared glutinous rice, diced carrots, and diced ham sausage

Blanch mixed vegetables. Miscellaneous vegetables include corn kernels, green beans and carrots

Add a little salad oil to the pot, add glutinous rice and stir-fry

Add vegetables and ham and stir-fry evenly, then add salt and chicken powder and stir-fry well and set aside

Marinate the cleaned squid with cooking wine, ginger juice and white pepper for a while

Stuff the fried glutinous rice into the squid tube, not too full

Use toothpicks to secure the opening

Take a small bowl to make a barbecue sauce: first add a spoonful of sweet chili sauce and a spoonful of oyster sauce

Add another spoonful of hoisin sauce and half a spoonful of honey. I also added half a spoonful of chili oil

Stir evenly into barbecue sauce

Dip the brush into the sauce and apply it on the squid

Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes, taking it out and brushing it with the sauce 2-3 times
