Minced pork mixed with bitter chrysanthemum
Overview
The Xinnong organic vegetable gift box sent this time contains a large bag of bitter chrysanthemum. It just so happens that we both like to eat this dish. We love it when it is cooked or mixed. The bitter chrysanthemum has a slightly bitter taste and a green color. It can be eaten stir-fried or cold. It is a good delicacy to clear away heat and eliminate internal heat. It is widely praised for its sweet taste and slightly bitter taste, and its effect of clearing away heat and relieving summer heat. It likes a cool climate. The flower stems are drawn in early summer and can be eaten raw and cold. It has antibacterial, antipyretic, anti-inflammatory, and eyesight-improving effects. Young leaves are edible. Today I used bitter chrysanthemum mixed with fried minced meat, and also added some fried peanuts. It was very delicious and had a great texture, especially the bite where the bitter chrysanthemum, minced meat and peanuts were combined. It was so fragrant! The texture was very rich and absolutely great! Safflower seed oil has no strange smell, tastes good, and has many health-care benefits, which is really great. In addition, safflower seed oil is not as resistant to high temperatures as olive oil. It is fine as long as the cooking temperature does not exceed 255 degrees. It feels more suitable for our cooking habits.
