Shredded cabbage and pork

Cabbage is the most common vegetable on people’s tables, but its taste is bland. However, as long as you add a few other ingredients, it can turn around!

Prepare the ingredients, shred the meat, shred the cabbage, divide the stems and leaves into two parts

Add a little light soy sauce, a little cornstarch, and a teaspoon of cooking wine to the shredded pork, mix well and marinate for five minutes

Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pan and heat it until it is 70% hot. Break up the shredded meat and fry until it changes color. Remove and set aside

Leave a little oil in the pot and sauté the ginger until fragrant

Stir-fry the cabbage stalks for two minutes

Add the vegetable leaves and stir-fry

Add the shredded pork and a teaspoon of chili sauce and stir-fry
