Ingredients
Steps
-
Grease the glass lunch box first and set aside
-
Add warm water to the glutinous rice flour in small amounts and then knead into a loose dough
-
Take about 50 grams of glutinous rice dough, add it to boiling water, and cook until it floats (it will float when cooked)
-
Add the cooked dough to the raw dough and knead into a smooth dough
-
Add the dough to the oiled lunch box and smooth it out with a spatula
-
After the lunch box is covered with plastic wrap, add water to a steamer and steam for about 25 minutes (the time will vary slightly depending on the container. Use chopsticks to poke the rice cake. If it does not stick, it means it is cooked)
-
Take the rice cake out of the steamer and cool it until the rice cake is hard, then cut it into appropriate sizes.
