Wash the loofah and use a knife to scrape off the skin, cut it into small pieces with a hob, beat the eggs, and set aside chopped green onion and ginger foam;

Heat the wok with a little oil, add the onion and ginger and sauté until fragrant;

Add the loofah and stir-fry for a while;

Add appropriate amount of water, cover the pot and bring to a boil over high heat until the loofah becomes soft;

Sprinkle dried seaweed and egg liquid evenly, do not stir and turn off the heat;

Add a little salt, pepper, MSG and sesame oil;
