Ingredients: Yellow croaker (cleaned) pork belly, onion, ginger, garlic, Pixian bean paste.

Cut the pork into small cubes and dice the onion, ginger and garlic separately

Cut along the fish body about 1.5 cm apart, cut with a straight knife as deep as the fish bones and cut both sides of the fish body.

Put an appropriate amount of cooking oil in the pot, heat the oil to 60 to 70% hot, add the yellow croaker and fry. Fry until golden brown on both sides.

Leave a little oil in the pot, add diced pork belly and stir-fry.

Stir-fry the pork belly until it changes color and spits out oil, add Pixian bean paste

Heat the bean paste until red oil comes out, add onion, ginger and garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
