  1. Cut the white jade mushroom into small pieces.

  2. Slice pork belly.

  3. Cut green and red pepper into cubes, mince ginger and garlic.

  4. Add water to the pot and bring to a boil, add white jade mushrooms and blanch them for two minutes before taking them out.

  5. Heat the pot, stir-fry the pork belly over low heat until the oil comes out and the surface turns slightly yellow, then add the ginger and garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.

  6. Pour in the cooking wine to remove the fishy smell, add light soy sauce and stir-fry evenly.

  7. Add the white jade mushrooms and stir-fry for two minutes.

  8. Add green and red chilies and stir-fry until raw.

  9. Add a little salt and a spoonful of oyster sauce.

  10. Stir fry evenly.
