Cheese and Pineapple Baked Rice
Overview
I used to like to order a staple food in a Western restaurant. Of course, there are some seafood in it. If you don’t have high requirements for seafood, it tastes good simply. Especially in summer, it will be very appetizing to eat some sweet and sour dishes.

Prepare materials. The rice is leftovers.

Cut the pineapple in half and scoop out the pulp in the middle.

Add oil to the pot, add the bell peppers, sweet beans, corn and scooped pineapple pulp into the pot and stir-fry for a while. And add some salt and light soy sauce to taste.

Fill the pineapple with fried vegetable and fruit rice.
