Special sticky rice
Overview
This is a very unique Guizhou snack. When I was a child, I ate this almost five days a week. It is a nostalgic taste. Now that I have been away from my hometown for many years, I can only make it myself to reminisce about the past. The taste is indeed good and not very complicated. Friends who are interested can try it.

cups of glutinous rice.

Half cup of sticky rice.

Mix the glutinous rice and sticky rice, wash them all, and add water (can't add more, only half of the first knuckle of your index finger. If the water is too soft, it will be hard to eat. Just press the cooking function.

Two sections of Cantonese sausage.

Place it in the steaming dish of the rice cooker for cooking glutinous rice. While the glutinous rice is cooking, the sausage is steamed.

Add salt and mix well.

Put a little oil in a pan, add egg liquid and fry into pancakes.

Cut the fried eggs into shreds, and cut the steamed sausage into thin slices, and place on a plate for later use.

Soak a piece of kelp in water for more than 3 hours.

Pour water into the pot, add kelp shreds and cook, remove and rinse with cold boiled water and set aside.

Then put some glutinous rice into the bowl and eat as much as you like.

Then put the strips, potatoes, sausages, egg shreds, whistles, and peanuts into the glutinous rice.

Another important seasoning is Laoganma chili sauce. Then sprinkle in some chives.

The seasonings can be mixed at will. Except for chili sauce and peanuts, the above seasonings are indispensable. Others can be reduced or increased. If you don’t have time, you don’t need to put so many things.

Each time you eat this, one meal lasts a day, so children should eat a small amount as it is not easy to digest.

Again, it’s best not to make this for dinner. Or because glutinous rice is difficult to digest and comes with so many side dishes.
