Shredded chicken with pepper and sesame seeds
Overview
My daughter wants to eat spicy shredded chicken, but she can't make it too spicy, so she can only make it mildly spicy. I used two chicken legs and used bone broth. They were fresh and tender and a small portion. My daughter basically ate them. Chicken contains more vitamin A than other meats. It is a high-protein and low-fat food with high digestibility and is easily absorbed and utilized by the human body. It has the effects of warming the body and replenishing qi, replenishing deficiency and essence, strengthening the spleen and stomach, activating blood vessels, and strengthening muscles and bones.
