Basketball cookies
Overview
Children’s favorite butter biscuits can be transformed into different shapes by adding icing sugar and chocolate into a basketball shape, which is both beautiful and delicious!

After the butter is softened, add powdered sugar and salt

Sift in low-gluten flour

Mix gently first, then knead into dough. Do not knead for too long to avoid gluten

Roll the dough into a sheet about 0.3 thick

Use a 2.5CM diameter round cookie cutter to cut out round dough pieces

Transfer to baking sheet

Put it into a preheated 190-degree oven and heat it up and down for about 15 minutes
