Hong Kong’s snack - Wan Zai Wings. A rich name, grassroots food. I used to see people in TVB dramas ordering this snack, and I was very envious. Today, I try to make this snack and share the recipe.

Have all kinds of materials ready.

Soak the mushrooms and black fungus and cut them into shreds; soak the vermicelli in cold water until soft and cut into 6 cm long sections; mix the starch with cold water to make gravy; cook the chicken (or pork) and tear it into shreds; add some salt to the eggs and beat them.

Add the egg waffles, chicken intestines, mushroom shreds and fungus shreds to the chicken soup and cook. Add the vermicelli, stir constantly and cook until boiling. Add the barbecued pork sauce and starch to thicken the sauce, stir constantly, and cook until boiling. Add the egg liquid and stir until boiling. Then add an appropriate amount of salt and sesame oil (I added a few pieces of lettuce here).
