Black Bean Eggnog Soup
Overview
This month's nutrition and health group activity is to care for women's health and spend special days with ease. The activity ends tomorrow and I remembered that I haven't participated yet. I have ready-made black beans at home, so I made a black bean eggnog soup to support it. Black beans have the effect of tonifying the kidneys, and they also have the effect of strengthening the spleen. Eating black beans regularly can improve our Qi, and at the same time, black beans can also remove water. For example, some of us have edema and facial redness. Long-term consumption of black beans can have a good diuretic effect. Fermented rice contains sugar, organic acids, vitamins B1, B2, etc., which can replenish qi, promote body fluids, activate blood circulation, disperse stagnation, and reduce swelling. This black bean and eggnog soup has the functions of regulating middle energy, lowering qi, and relieving pain. Especially suitable for consumption during menstrual period.
