Pumpkin Pizza
Overview
This pizza is made to kill off a small cube of pumpkin and a small bag of mozzarella cheese in the freezer! But the finished product was much more delicious than I expected! The pumpkin is an old pumpkin brought from my hometown and it’s really delicious! Please click here to take a look at the photos taken on a rainy day😊

Pour all the main ingredients into the basin and mix well with chopsticks

Transfer to a kneading mat and knead until the dough is stretchable

After rounding, cover with plastic wrap and ferment for an hour

Let the dough ferment until doubled in size

After deflating, cover with plastic wrap and let rest for ten minutes

After resting, roll it out and place on a non-stick baking sheet or an eight-inch pizza pan, cover with plastic wrap and rest for 20 minutes

After letting it rest, prick it with a fork to prevent it from swelling during baking

Brush with a layer of corn oil

Spread with pizza sauce

Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese

Sprinkle with prepared pumpkin, red pepper and bacon

Finally sprinkle with the remaining mozzarella cheese

Place in the middle rack of the preheated oven at 200 degrees and bake for 20 minutes
