Wash the beef and boil it in boiling water for about 3 minutes. Boil the minced blood, take it out and wash it;

Prepare five spices;

Add enough water to the soup pot and add all the spices;

Pour in light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, rice wine, and salt;

Add the blanched beef shank, bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low heat and simmer for about an hour and a half;

Turn off the heat and simmer until it cools naturally, then turn the heat back on and simmer for about half an hour, and simmer until it cools naturally;

Soak in marinade overnight;

After the heat has passed, it can no longer be cut into slices. It is soft and tastes very good. If you want to slice it, cook it for about 1 hour the first time.
