Braised Pork Patties with Mushrooms
Overview
I really like Roujiamo, so I was thinking about making a pancake with a similar flavor at home. Because I didn’t finish the braised pork, I tried making a pancake. I didn’t expect that it really tasted like Roujiamo. The mushrooms were full of the flavor of the marinade, and my mouth was filled with juice when I took a bite. It was so delicious!
