  1. Soak wild rice one day in advance.

  2. Prepare soft tofu, soaked wild rice, and tomatoes.

  3. Pick up the soaked wild rice, scoop it up in a microwave-friendly bowl or plate, and put it in the microwave for 5 minutes.

  4. Use a spoon to make a well in the center of the silken tofu.

  5. Fill with cooked wild rice.

  6. Steam in a steamer for about 12 minutes. After steaming, take out the tofu and pour away the distilled water.

  7. Wash, peel and dice tomatoes.

  8. Heat a pan, add an appropriate amount of cooking oil, stir-fry the tomatoes until they become sandy, then add a little water and bring to a boil.

  9. Cook until the soup thickens, add salt, chicken powder, and a little pepper.
