Braised tofu with minced pork in tomato sauce
Overview
Today's tofu is very popular with my baby. She usually doesn't eat tofu, so this makes me very happy! There is only one more step in making tofu, which is to pat it with starch, then wrap it in egg liquid and fry it. This will make the outside charred and the inside tender, and it is fragrant. It is really delicious!

Wash the tofu and cut into thick pieces. Cut the green and red peppers and garlic cloves into small cubes

Then pat the tofu with a layer of dry starch

Then dip it in a layer of egg liquid

Heat an appropriate amount of oil in a pan, add tofu and fry

Fry until brown, then turn over and continue frying. After frying, drain the oil and set aside

Leave some oil in the pot, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant

Then pour the minced meat into it, add a spoonful of cooking wine and stir-fry until dispersed

As soon as the minced meat is browned, add diced green and red peppers and stir-fry

Add seasonings, salt, chicken essence, soy sauce and tomato sauce inside

Add half a bowl of water and bring to a boil
