Prepare the ingredients, chop the fillings into small pieces, mix the red bell pepper and yellow bell pepper with a pinch of salt for 15 minutes and filter out the water

Mix the dipping ingredients and set aside (seafood soy sauce, minced garlic, vinegar, sesame oil, abalone juice, sugar, coriander, chili oil)

Add cornstarch and all seasonings to the filling and mix well

Take the dumpling wrapper and put appropriate amount of filling, wrap it into the shape you like and eat

Use a pot of boiling water, add some salt, cook the dumplings and put them on a plate, sprinkle green onion on the dumplings

Dip in the prepared dipping sauce and enjoy
