Prepare the ingredients, wash and cut the onions and ginger.

Cut the goose meat into pieces and wash.

Blanch.

Heat the oil and add onion, ginger, star anise, peppercorns and garlic and saute until fragrant.

Add the goose meat pieces that have been blanched and washed with water and stir-fry.

Add cooking wine and light soy sauce and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add water, transfer to the pressure cooker, add salt and dark soy sauce.
