What I brought today is my husband’s homemade meat sauce. The meat sauce he makes is very delicious and can be used to mix rice and noodles. It belongs to his private craftsmanship and he usually doesn’t show off his skills. Hee hee~~

Pour a little oil into the pot and heat it up, then turn off the heat and let it cool for a while, then add the star anise, strawberries, cinnamon and peppercorns, fry until fragrant, take it out, add the minced onions and ginger and stir-fry until fragrant (this step is very important, be sure to add the spices to the oil, but the oil temperature should not be too hot, so that the fried spices taste good and will not burn, do not add the spices just because the oil is too cold)

Add the diced pork belly, add a little cooking wine, and stir-fry until the diced pork changes color and produces a little oil

Add 2 spoons of dry yellow sauce, 2 spoons of sweet noodle sauce, 1 spoon of chili sauce, and a spoon of pepper and stir-fry until the oil and sauce slowly melt and stir-fry until fragrant

Then add an appropriate amount of water and simmer over low heat for 10 minutes (only half of the water is gone)
