Fried beans with shrimp paste

Fried beans with shrimp paste

Overview

Home-style fried beans, stir-fry with some seasonings, make them more salty and fragrant, and go well with rice. The shrimp paste I put in today can be used without oyster sauce, but if you don’t have it, just don’t put it in. It's just to add a little more flavor and make it a little richer.

  3. Pour about 30-40ml of oil into the pot, heat it up, add ginger, garlic and chili and stir-fry until the garlic smells fragrant. Because the shrimp paste I use is very oily, I put a little less oil in front.

  4. Add the beans and continue to stir-fry until the beans change color.

  5. Add 2 tablespoons of shrimp paste, stir-fry and mix well. If you don’t have shrimp paste, you can use oyster sauce or other sauces. If you don’t have them, leave them out. Add a little more flavor and freshness.
