Prepare the ingredients: as shown in the picture.

Wash the soybean sprouts and set aside.

Put purified water in the Corning soup pot, and bring the carrots, pork meatballs, cuttlefish cakes, and shredded ginger to a boil.

After cooking over medium heat for five minutes.

Put all other ingredients into the pot and simmer over low heat for 15 minutes.

When the stew is done, add some salt and oil, mix well and continue cooking for one minute before turning off the heat (the Corning soup pot was too small just now and there were a lot of ingredients, so I changed it to a larger soup pot).
