Red oil squid
Overview
I like this dish very much. For the oil-less version, blanch the squid first and then mix it with the seasonings. Adding a little sesame oil can improve the tenderness of the squid and remove the fishy smell of the squid. If you like it, you can try it

Wash the soaked squid

Cut into slices with a flower knife
