Overview
The hot porridge is very suitable for the warm and soft diet in winter. Traditional Chinese medicine believes that eating porridge can strengthen the spleen and warm the stomach, which is just the characteristic to combat dryness in winter. Bean food is a high-protein, low-fat food, and its nutritional value is almost equal to that of meat. In order to keep out the cold, I can use pinto beans, soybeans, mung beans, and black beans as the ingredients for the porridge to make this bowl of multi-grain bean porridge.
