Steamed pork pie with pear
Overview
Fruit dishes are most suitable for people with cold stomachs. They can reduce the irritation of fruits to the stomach and at the same time absorb part of the nutrients of fruits. Pears are used as fruit ingredients in soups and other dishes. It is no longer unusual to use them in cooking. Today I used them to steam meat. The steamed meat is sweet and the children like it very much.
