Mustard and Sour Fungus

Mustard and Sour Fungus

Overview

It’s another cold side dish. I’m not being lazy, I just want to use a refreshing cold dish to refresh myself with the energy I’ve accumulated during the New Year. When cooking, I like to prepare the required flavor of the sauce in advance. Firstly, it saves trouble. Secondly, cooking the dishes with the sauce can make the taste of the dishes even. This is a small preference of mine. Friends who feel the same can give it a try. There are many ways to eat black fungus, including cold salad, soup, stir-frying, etc. The mustard and sour fungus I made today is cooled with mustard oil. Brown sugar, white vinegar, and red pepper are specially added to make the fungus sour and spicy, which is refreshing and very suitable for lazy and picky appetites after the holidays. Mustard and sour fungus: crispy texture, sweet and sour taste, fresh and smooth. Friends who like it can try it, the taste is very unique. When you eat mustard, you will inevitably burst into tears. In our rural areas, mustard vegetables are called choking nose. You can imagine how comfortable you feel after eating mustard vegetables. Here I will introduce two small prescriptions, which are specially designed to treat tears. ① Respiratory therapy: When eating mustard greens, you should inhale through your nose and exhale through your mouth, because the spicy taste of mustard does not pass through the nasal cavity, which can reduce the spicy irritation (mustard develops a spicy and pungent taste when it is heated). ②Smell the white wine therapy: When eating mustard vegetables, put a small glass of white wine in front of you. When you feel that you can't control the pungent pungency of the mustard when eating vegetables normally, just lower your head and smell the white wine to relieve the pain of the pungent nose.
