  1. Beat the butter with icing sugar and salt with an electric mixer.

  4. Mix the cake flour and baking soda, sift, and add the soaked roses into the whipped butter.

  6. Roll out the dough to a thickness of about 0.5cm and cut it into various shapes with a mold.

  7. Place in the preheated oven at 170°C and heat up and down for 20 minutes. Turn to 160°C and heat up and down for 10 minutes.
