I bought a small head of Chinese cabbage and ate it for two meals.

The meat filling of the dumplings is added with eggs and stirred in one direction before frying.

In a casserole, add grated ginger and shrimp heads and fry them to produce shrimp oil.

Add cabbage stems.

Add salt and stir-fry with chopsticks.

Add enough water at one time.

Bring to a boil over medium-high heat.

Remove the shrimp heads and discard them.

Add meatballs and cook.

Add vermicelli and cook.
