Cut pork belly into cubes, slice onions and ginger

Put water in a pot, heat it up and blanch the sliced pork belly

When the meat changes color, remove and drain

Heat another pot, pour in oil, sauté onion, ginger and aniseed

Add the meat pieces and stir-fry

Add cooking wine, soy sauce, dark soy sauce, sugar, stir-fry until color

Add water, add salt and pepper, bring to a boil, turn to low heat and simmer
