Steps

1. 1 Blanch the peas in water, add appropriate amount of salt to the water, rinse with cold water and set aside

   

2. 2 Blanch sausages, slice into pieces and set aside

   

3. 3 Peel the water chestnuts and slice them into pieces for later use

   

4. 4 Beat 2 eggs, pop them over medium heat, scoop them out and set aside

   

5. 5 Use the oil used to crack the eggs, add the sausage and stir-fry

   

6. 6 After the sausage is oily, add the peas, water chestnut slices, and bell peppers, stir-fry and season, add the eggs, stir-fry until finely chopped, and serve.
