Pumpkin Money Roll Bread
Overview
Baking with vegetables is something I always do. Pumpkins and carrots mixed into flour will make the color of the flour very beautiful, and at the same time, the nutrition will be even higher. This time I made pumpkin money roll bread. When baking, I directly covered it with tin foil to prevent the top of the bread from coloring. The finished products were all golden. Baking in the New Year is very auspicious.

Steps
-
Steam the pumpkin slices in a steamer for 20 minutes until cooked through.
-
It is very easy to mash the steamed pumpkin while it is hot.
-
Take 160g of pumpkin puree, whole egg liquid, corn oil, sugar and salt and put them into a bread bucket
-
Sift in the flour and milk powder, add the yeast, and start the bread machine to rise
-
It will be sent in 90 minutes
-
Take out the dough, knead it well and let it rest for 10 minutes
-
Divide the dough into 8 even portions
-
First roll each dough ball into a longer oval shape
-
Roll up
-
Turn the dough over, twist it 90 degrees, and roll it into a long strip. Not too wide. Narrower, longer the better. The dough I rolled out is about 4cm wide, the longer the better
-
Roll up and make two portions. Do it all in this order
-
I use a non-stick baking pan. If it is a regular baking pan, line it with parchment paper. Arrange the prepared ingredients on a plate. Cover well. Second haircut
-
The second haircut is twice as big. Coat with egg wash and sprinkle with coconut
-
Preheat the oven to 170 degrees and place a baking sheet on the middle shelf. Turn the heat up and down and bake for 50 minutes. I like the original color, so I just cover it with tin foil. This is optional, but you have to pay attention to the color
