Home-cooked stir-fry --- Fungi dancing
Overview
I turned over and over at home, trying to find the ingredients to make Luo Han Zhai, but I found that the bean curd sticks were nowhere to be found, the vermicelli was nowhere to be found, and the black fungus was also missing. I had no choice but to improvise.

Three bacteria cleansing water for hair

Celery leaves (choose leaves for decoration and to enhance flavor)

After the bacteria have grown, sprinkle the white fungus into small pieces, cut the mushrooms in half; chop the celery leaves; cut other ingredients as shown in the figure

First saute the sausage until fragrant and remove the oil

Then add dried tofu

After stir-frying, add the fungi

Add minced garlic, ginger and red pepper
