  1. Remove the tail and older parts of the garlic, wash and break into small pieces with your hands, add a little salt, mix well, and marinate for 10 minutes.

  2. Cut the tenderloin into shreds, add 1 tbsp cooking wine, 1 tbsp oyster sauce, 1 tbsp light soy sauce, pepper, and water starch, mix well, and finally add 1 tbsp salad oil, mix well, and set aside. Shred the ginger, slice the garlic, and chop the red pepper.
