Chicken, Three Treasures and Braised Potatoes
Overview
Chicken wings, chicken feet, and chicken kidneys are the three most delicious parts of the whole chicken. They are cooked with potatoes and sauce. The recipe is simple yet delicious... hence the name Chicken Three Treasures Braised Potatoes. What I made this time is only mildly spicy. You can also make it very spicy by adding spicier sauce

Steps
-
Ingredients in the picture: cut three whole chicken wings into pieces, wash and drain, cut four chicken feet in half, and cut four chicken kidneys into pieces
-
Take a large bowl, put the above ingredients into the bowl, add a spoonful of Pixian bean paste, a spoonful of fried chili pepper, a spoonful of light soy sauce, half a spoonful of dark soy sauce, a spoonful of oyster sauce, a little salt and sesame oil and marinate for more than half an hour. The dosage of the above seasonings is for reference only
-
Prepare other ingredients, cut green peppers into cubes, potatoes into cubes, dried chili peppers into sections, and ginger slices
-
Pour a small amount of oil into a casserole and heat it, add ginger slices and dried chilies and fry over low heat until fragrant
-
Then pour in the pre-marinated meat and use a spoon to mix all the ingredients in the pot evenly
-
Add potato cubes
-
Add an appropriate amount of water, and a little light soy sauce and dark soy sauce to enhance the color, so that the color will look better when simmered
-
After boiling, cover and simmer over low heat for 12 minutes. Add some chicken powder to enhance the flavor. You can reduce the juice over high heat or leave some of the soup. Finally, I forgot to put the green pepper, but it doesn’t affect the taste. The green pepper is just for decoration
