Prepare all the ingredients: one white radish and one carrot and lettuce

First peel and shred the white radish and lettuce. These two dishes can be eaten raw, so plate them first.

Grate the carrots and blanch them in boiling water for 30 seconds. Drain and set aside

Cut off the shallots and finely chop the ginger and set aside

Take an empty bowl and mix all the seasonings. The one I made used more blended oil and sesame oil. So it looks very clear
