Beef stew with radish
Overview
Beef stew with white radish is a very classic dish. It takes longer to stew it with raw beef. So I just made a pot of beef stew. I stewed the radish in the beef stew soup and seasoned it with beef powder. The taste is really great.

Preparation materials: appropriate amount of green onion and ginger, sliced stewed beef, if you like meat, add more beef;

Wash the white radish and cut it into hob pieces, and cut the green onion and ginger into large pieces;

Add a tablespoon of vegetable oil to the wok, add onion and ginger and stir-fry until fragrant;

Add radish cubes and stir-fry;

Stir-fry the white radish for two to three minutes, then add an appropriate amount of stewed beef soup. I added three rice spoons as shown in the picture. This is an appropriate amount;

Then add an appropriate amount of water until the water surface is level with the radish, bring to a boil over high heat, turn to low heat, cover the pot and simmer for 10-15 minutes;

Add sliced beef stew;

Add appropriate amount of beef powder;

Cover the pot and simmer for about 5 minutes to allow the radish and beef to infuse the flavor, and simmer the radish until soft and tender, then remove from the pot;

Paired with a bowl of white rice noodles, you can eat one more bowl than usual.
