Use a whisk to beat the egg whites three times, then add a spoonful of sugar one at a time until stiff and peaky

Beat four egg yolks, brush in 50g of high-gluten flour, then pour in 4 tablespoons of milk, mix with cooked red beans and raisins, then pour in 2 tablespoons of baking powder, stir until small bubbles appear

Fold the egg whites into the egg yolk liquid in three batches, scooping up and down

Line the rice cooker with cooking paper to prevent sticking, pour in the cake liquid, shake it a few times, and sprinkle with chopped walnuts

Turn off the rice cooker, press the cooking button, switch to the keep warm mode, cover the air holes with a damp cloth and stuffy for 15 minutes. Press the cooking button again to jump to the keep warm mode for 20 minutes.
