Pan-fried mashed potato cake
Overview
In the cold wind, the strong aroma of roasted sweet potatoes came from the streets. When I smelled it, it felt like the long-lasting childhood time traveled through time and space, pouring in under the changing shadows of the kaleidoscope... I stayed at home and roasted the sweet potatoes in the microwave. I didn't want to gorge on them, but I just wanted to smell the sweet potatoes and reminisce about the long time ago. Why not make a dessert with sweet potatoes to give yourself, your family, and your friends some warmth in winter?
