The hairtail fish with sake lees is a very popular dish on my family’s dining table. It goes well with rice and I end up eating an extra bowl of rice without even realizing it

  1. Clean and cut hairtail into sections

  3. Cut green onions into sections and cut ginger into shreds

  4. Put oil in a pan, add hairtail and fry slowly over medium-low heat

  5. After frying one side, turn over and continue frying on the other side
