Chopped pork belly

Chop green onions and ginger

Chop the minced meat into a large bowl, beat in 1 egg, add appropriate amount of oil, salt, thirteen spices, chicken essence and soy sauce and mix well

Pork skin jelly, one third of the meat filling. (I cook it in advance and freeze it in pieces, and take out one piece when using it)

Thaw the frozen skin and chop it into pieces

Mix the chopped skin jelly and meat filling

Soup dumpling wrappers (bought at fresh noodle shops) and dumpling wrappers will also work (I also used a few dumpling wrappers left in the refrigerator. When using dumpling wrappers, roll the edges thinner)

Take a piece of soup dumpling skin and put appropriate amount of filling

Pinch the top of your mouth tightly to prevent the soup from spilling

Boil the water in the pot and steam for 8 minutes

All wrapped up (I ate the prepared stuffing in two batches)
