Simple version of pumpkin pie
Overview
I used to order two pieces of pumpkin pie every time I had breakfast outside. I was always envious when I saw the pumpkin pie made by others. However, pumpkin pie is a very simple snack. After listening to my sister-in-law tell me about it, I tried it a few times and found that it works well, so I posted it. Because I had to go to work in the morning, I was in a hurry and overcooked the pancakes, but it didn’t affect the taste at all!

Cut the pumpkin into chunks and microwave on high heat for 10 minutes.

Use a spoon to grind the pumpkin into a puree, add sugar and stir (if you like it sweet, you can add more sugar) and pour it into a mixing bowl.

Add some glutinous rice flour and custard powder to the basin (you don’t need to add the custard powder) and stir with chopsticks.

Knead the ingredients into strips

Then divide the ingredients into equal portions.

Flatten the glutinous rice dough and wrap it in jujube paste.

Throw the pumpkin balls into the sesame seeds and roll to coat with the sesame seeds.

Squash the pumpkin balls to make pumpkin pie.

Add oil to the wok and fry both sides until golden brown.
