Steps

1. 1 Wash and drain the spinach.

   

2. 2 Blanch it with boiling water.

   

3. 3 Drain the blanched spinach and cut into small pieces.

   

4. 4 Shred the sausage and put all the ingredients together.

   

5. 5 Add appropriate amount of oyster sauce, light soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar and vinegar to taste.

   

6. 6 Mix evenly.

   

7. 7 Refreshing and a piece of cake.
