Hoisin Sauce Noodles

Hoisin Sauce Noodles

Overview

Seafood is my favorite ingredient. It is not only rich in nutrients, but also very delicious. But unfortunately, our place is not close to the sea, so the variety of seafood is also very limited. Most of them are frozen. It is difficult to find especially fresh ones. The seafood I bought today are relatively common. The reason why mixed noodles are delicious is that each noodle absorbs the flavor of the sauce, so the flavor of the sauce is particularly important. For the noodles I made today, I used XO sauce, which is full of seafood flavor. It is made from a variety of seafood ingredients. It has a salty and sweet taste, a rich sauce, and a unique flavor. When mixed into the noodles, it has a full color, aroma, and flavor.

  4. After taking out the noodles, pour 5g of olive oil into it, and then blow it with a fan. While blowing, use chopsticks to quickly pick up the noodles to dissipate the heat until they cool down

  5. The prepared noodles will become clear-cut, non-sticky and very elastic

  6. Remove the heads and shells of the shrimp, then make a cut on the back of the shrimp (the depth is 2/3, be careful not to cut through), and take out the shrimp line

  9. Take it out and soak it in ice water for a while (I put the cold water in the refrigerator 2 hours in advance). This step is to make the okra color more green and beautiful

  12. The clams can be fished out as soon as they open. Do not blanch them for too long, otherwise the ingredients will become stale
