Simple and awesome grilled scallops with garlic vermicelli

After buying the scallops, clean the sandbags and intestines, as shown in the picture above, clean the sandbags!

Separate the scallop shells from the meat, place tin foil on a baking sheet, place the scallop shells in order and set aside

Put the cleaned scallop meat into a container and pour in the rum first

Add ginger powder, mash 3 cloves of garlic and put it into the scallop meat, add salt and marinate for more than 30 minutes

Blanch the Longkou vermicelli in hot water until soft, take it out and set aside

Use kitchen scissors to cut the vermicelli into small sections and place them on the scallop shells, as shown in the picture

Place the marinated scallop meat on the vermicelli in the previous step and set aside

Crush the remaining garlic into puree, and cut the green and red peppers into small dices. I didn’t buy red peppers, so I didn’t put them in, so I just added diced green peppers

Mix minced garlic and diced green pepper, pour in oil, add a little salt, and Jinlan soy sauce, mix well and set aside

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees for 5 minutes. Put the scallops in the oven and bake for 5 minutes

Take out from the oven and scoop the mixture of minced garlic and diced green pepper onto the scallops with a small spoon

Cover with tin foil and continue baking for 10 minutes
