Bracken root powder and shrimp dumplings
Overview
I originally wanted to make crystal shrimp dumplings, but after I made all the preparations, I realized that I had no potato flour at home, so I had to use fern root powder to save the day. It was the first time I used fern root powder to make dumplings. Because fern root powder is not sticky, it is really not easy to work with, and the taste is a bit hard. But it’s super nutritious, so it’s suitable for the elderly and children!
