I always can't get my favorite beef brisket noodles at work, so I will make my own food during my break today, so that I can have enough food and clothing by myself.

Cut beef brisket into cubes.

Boil water and add ginger cubes.

After the water boils, add the beef brisket, burn out the blood, and then rinse with cold water.

Heat oil in pan.

Stir-fried beef brisket with ginger slices and tangerine peel.

Add Zhuhou sauce and stir-fry, add water and bay leaves.

Transfer to casserole and simmer.

Peel and cut the white radish into cubes and set aside.

Bring to a simmer over high heat.
