Ingredients; red pepper, green onion, salted dried radish, garlic, cut well and set aside!

Cut the tofu into cubes and fry in a little oil until golden brown on both sides!

Cut eggplant into strips and fry in oil until soft

Chop the shank meat (pork is fine, I use shank meat if I like it leaner), add a little sweet potato powder, soy sauce, very fresh flavor, oyster sauce, a little vinegar, a few drops of oil, mix well and marinate!

Heat the pan with cold oil, add the green onions and sauté until fragrant!

Then add red pepper, dried radish, and minced garlic until fragrant!

Add the marinated minced meat and stir-fry until cooked!

Add the fried eggplant and tofu and mix well (enough soy sauce is added to the minced meat! No need to add salt)

Sprinkle with green onions and serve!
