Tagine Pot Pork Ribs Braised Rice

Cut the ribs into pieces and wash.

Place in a bowl and add all the seasonings.

Mix well and marinate for 30 minutes.

Wash the rice and soak it for 20 minutes.

Peel, wash and slice the cucumber.

Place the rice into a tagine and add water to cover the rice by 5 mm.

Place the marinated pork ribs on top of the rice.

Close the lid.

Place in the microwave and select the cooking setting for 15 minutes.

In the last two minutes, remove the sauce that is poured over the marinated ribs.
