Sour radish and duck soup
Overview
In order to make this sour radish old duck soup, I specially soaked the radish a month ago. Now that the time is up, I quickly took it out to make the soup. The sourness is really appetizing.

Wash the duck legs, cut into pieces, add cold water to the pot, add ginger slices, and blanch with cooking wine.

Soak the salty bamboo shoots in advance to remove the saltiness, cut into sections, and slice the pickled radish.

Add water to the pressure cooker and bring to a boil, add the blanched duck pieces, add cooking wine, ginger slices and bring to a boil, then press for about 10 minutes.

Drain the cooked soup and pour it into a casserole. Add bamboo shoots, pickled radish and wolfberry and cook for about 20 minutes.

Add salt to taste and sprinkle with chopped green onion.
